Strength and Striders at Malta Community Park
Gain strength, and coordination, and improve your balance as you move through a total body circuit workout, that incorporates resistance bands, balance exercises, and low-impact cardio—walking at your own pace. This is an eight-week in-person outdoor program that will meet on Thursdays at the Pavilion A at the Malta Community Park.
 
Intensity Level Moderate, with modifications offered for all
