Instructor: Kelly Sullivan
Kelly Sullivan has a passion for fitness, she is a Second-Degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do. This has instilled a love of people exercising together and motivating each other, pushing her to achieve her AFAA Group Exercise Instructor Certification in 2017. Kelly’s knowledge and love of martial arts translated easily into Kickboxing, one of her favorite classes to teach.
HIGH Fitness is such a fun class to take that Kelly now teaches it. Kelly believes in motivating people of all levels to enjoy fitness. During one of Kelly’s classes, you will hear her say with a huge smile, “As long as we are moving, we are good!” Safety is key in fitness, but encouragement is necessary to continue. Positive motivation and encouragement are what Kelly is all about. Come to one of her classes and you will be motivated and pushed to have a great time and get in a fantastic workout!
High Fitness is taking old school aerobics and simplifying the moves set to music for a complete body workout. You will feel more confident, build muscle, strength and overall better mental and physical health. This fun group work out will leave you feeling energized and physically and mentally stronger.
