Introduction to Lacrosse Basics
Instructor:   Erik H. Gottmann
Erik H. Gottmann is a current Division 1 lacrosse player for VMI, 2021 graduate from Ballston Spa, where he was a US Lacrosse All-American, section 2 all-star, and 2x Under Armor All-American. 
The week-long class will introduce k- 2nd graders to the fundamentals of lacrosse: passing, catching, ground balls and shooting.  Small size drills with an emphasis on fun and movement will keep the kids entertained while developing the foundation for future lacrosse fun. Sticks will be available to borrow or bring your own.
