Join in the fun in this new cardio class that will get you feeling great.
Join our new instructor Steve in this cardio class where you will be working with only your body weight. No machines, no added weights, just a full body cardiovascular and strength workout! Class by class we will switch it up between interval training, circuit training and jump rope. All ages and fitness levels welcome as alternative exercises are always given to best suit your needs. It will be a team atmosphere that will push all of us to be out best all while having fun, burning calories and relieving stress! Please come prepared with sneakers and bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Jump ropes will be provided when needed.
