Weightlifting for a more youthful you

The benefits of weight training are numerous, especially as we age.  As a former competitive weightlifter, Marcia will guide you through a weight bearing routine that will increase your strength, balance and endurance. In recent years, scientific studies have shown that weight- bearing exercise with simple dumbbells is the most effective way to combat the effects of aging. Studies show that weightlifting not only keeps people more youthful in the inside but also on the outside.
 
 A limited number of weights will be available but you can also bring your own.
