Instructor:  Kelly Sullivan
There are numerous benefits for sculpting and toning muscles.  Some include; stronger muscles and bones, better flexibility, weight control, better control of blood sugar, better sleep, and better balance.  In this workout you will use weights, bands, and body resistance training to attain stronger and leaner muscles.  Open to all ages 16 and up and taught by AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) Group Exercise Instructor Kelly Sullivan.   
Limited number of weights are available to use.   Please bring your own light weights and resistance band and mat.
