Self Defense for Teens
Instructor:  Abdul Samassa
Abdul Samassa is a mentor, coach and facilitator who strives to uplift youth by developing confidence and growth mindset. Abdul has 10 years of experience in Taekwondo and has competed in state and national championships. Abdul currently teaches self-defense courses for all ages, particularly in schools and community centers.

Class Description
Do you want to feel confident in your teen’s ability to defend themselves?  Sign up your teen this 8 week class.  Your child will learn the basic self-defense techniques such as kicking, falling, punching, throwing and other self-defense techniques from different types of martial arts. Participants will also gain experience in physical fitness training, mental discipline, martial arts philosophy and culture.
