Instructor Dr. Antoinette
Dr. Antoinette has her doctorate in Religious Studies and is a certified Yoga Therapist, an experienced Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Her experiences in asana, meditation, mantra, and mudras as a practitioner have led her to focus on the total human experience and how to assist families to better support peace and success in the stressful environments of today's modern world.
Join Dr. Antoinette for a Relaxed, Informative Wellness Group for Teens. Antoinette offers practical, easy-to-use tools that help teens better understand how the body responds to stress. In this relaxed and supportive group setting, kids are encouraged to explore, share, and learn in a safe and confidential environment.
Participants will not only discover ways to navigate stressful situations in a rapidly changing world but also gain skills to grow, thrive, and become the best version of themselves, aligned with their unique purpose as they move through the transitions of adolescence.
The first session is a welcoming introduction for both teens and their parents. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the benefits of yoga therapy, and see how these powerful tools can make a meaningful difference in managing stress and anxiety for teens and families alike.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. (Mat not needed on the first day)
