Instructor: Master Eugene Refino
Master Eugene Refino, is the owner of Risen Taekwondo in Malta. He is a 6th Degree Black Belt and has over 30 years of experience in the art of Taekwondo. Lindsey Refino, currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt, began training at a young age and returned to Taekwondo as an adult, proving it’s never too late to start – or restart! Together, they create an encouraging environment where women can feel strong, capable, and empowered.
Beginner-friendly, Women’s Self-Defense Class is designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills. Taught by Master Instructor Eugene Refino and his wife Lindsey, this class focuses on simple, effective techniques that anyone can learn—no prior experience needed.
