Christina is a mom of two and lives in Ballston Spa NY. She loves to explore all of upstate New York. She was an elementary teacher for 10 years and has taught fit4Mom Body Boost in California. She loves all things exercise, running, hiking, and training. She is excited to challenge women to grow and succeed.
