YOGA with Dr. AntoinetteDr. Antoinette has her doctorate in Religious Studies and is a certified Yoga Therapist, an experienced Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner.  She loves to teach and share the wisdom that has been passed down to her.These hour long classes are a fun and lively way to practice Yoga with a compassionate and experienced teacher!  Join Antoinette as she teaches Yoga philosophy, and guides you through simple and results driven Yoga postures.  All levels of practitioner welcome.  Must be able to get up off floor unassisted. Yin yoga assists in immune boosting,healing, for the body, mind and spirit ailments.  The poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing the yogi to find correct posturing, breathe deep, and the body to experience therapeutic healing! All levels welcome!  Must be able to get up off the floor unassisted.Yin Yoga with Karen Karen is a talented and educated holistic health practitioner, whose modalities include massage therapy, reiki, and yoga. A holder of many certifications in yoga: including philosophy, functional vinyasa, breath-work, and asana sequencing.  Karen has taught and volunteered at several establishments, including the Healing Springs Community Center, in Saratoga Springs, and at the Lemontree Yoga Studio, in Glens Falls. Karen brings her joy of learning to her classes, sprinkling them with mindfulness and breath awareness. Yin Yoga is a tranquil practice and a deep opening of the body, based on the principles of traditional medicine.  It is accessible to all skill levels and ages. NewKids YogaInstructor: Leslie KettlewellLeslie Kettlewell is an experienced yoga instructor who has studied dance at Skidmore College and internationally. Her passion for teaching is evident in her teaching style, bringing out a love for dance and yoga in her students. Leslie has been teaching locally for the past 15 years at the National Museum of Dance, community organizations, schools and dance studios.Kids YogaYoga has been shown to reduce anxiety and stress in children and improve their academic performance and classroom behavior. Join us for Kids yoga is fun and beneficial. Using music, games and stories we will explore yoga poses and breathing techniques, while developing coordination, flexibility and strength. All children go at their own pace, experiencing self - awareness and peace.
